Responsibilities:

-Supplier production problem solving and facilitate QC TO QA & KAIZEN projects on supplier side;

-Monitor supplier production approve process and conduct process confirmation onsite;

-Monitoring supplier production to reduce manual assembly scrap by controlling quality data and taking corrective Action to improve or correct the operations;
-Communicate with internal development team to optimize risk on supplier line setup, make sure right quality on supplier production platform


Requirement:
1.University degree in related Mechanical / Industrial engineering ;

2.One of below competency is NEEDED:

-Strong ability to define problems, collect data , problem trouble shooting and draw valid conclusion; six sigma certification; or

-Strong skills on shop floor management, experience on lean; or

-Rich experience on production process -plastics, molding, decoration, assembly and packing.

3.Solid experience and knowledge on production quality monitoring;
4.Familiar with quality tools-QC 7 tools, 8D,FMEA, MSA,Cpk etc;
5.Experience on TS 16949 is a plus;
6.Good capability to plan , organize , coordinate and communicate effectively; project management experience is a plus;
7.Able to work independently with the supplier's daily operational activities
8.Heavy traveling is needed
9.Office software skill is needed
10.Fluent English is needed
11.Minimum 5 years of related experience
