Requirements:
Bachelor degree;
Above 3 years working experience on industry engineering or quality engineering;
Solid experience with mechanical testing, tester approval, maintenance and data analysis;
Experience with mechanical and electronic assembly process, production and quality test control plan;
Software experience for electronic testing equiptment;
Familiar with variable international toys and consumer product specification (including safety standard, quality requirement and testing);
Familiar with supplier management, understand supplier production platform;
Experience on the quality system standard on TS16949 and ISO9001 is an advanatage
Experience of working with cross team, and effective communication skills;
Fluently both in oral and written Chinese;
Fluently both in oral and written English;

Responsibilities:
Drive testing preparation before/after transfer to software programmer, approval, maintenance, and evaluation;
Support electronic assembly and production, and ensure the quality control plan is in place;
Support the mechanical and electronic design evaluation in early development phase;
Work together with LEGO Mechatronic team to further develop and optimize the test setup;
Support final adjustment of production, DFM and testability within mechatronic team;
Assist on component issues;advanatage
