Responsibilities:

? Responsible on managing the Customer Service team, assigned to them for their work-related and personal expectations on a daily basis
? Providing guidance and direction to the team in meeting and achieving the Goals and objectives of the department
? Proactively review the problematic & shippable backlog, order in Reject & Error, Order change activity
? Work with Sales team to review service performance for key customers to identity opportunity for improvement
? Perform ah hoc report

Requirements:

? Diploma or Degree in any disciplines
? At least 5 years’ of working experience in managing customer services preferable in Electronics industry of which 2 years are in a supervisor level
? Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
? Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
? Detail-oriented and result-oriented with strong communication & interpersonal skills
? Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and Outlook is a definite advantage
? Good Command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin
