Position: EHS Engineer
Location: BaoAn FuYong



Requirements:

1.Junior college or above .大专以上学历。

2.Familiar with MS OFFICE .精通MS OFFICE办公软件

3.Familiar with ISO14001 standard system requirement , occupation safety and health national or international standard .熟练掌握ISO14001标准体系，环境、安全、健康等国家或国际标准。

4.At least 3 years relative work experience in EHS ( graduate acceptable ) .至少3年环境、安全、健康相关部门工作经验（毕业生亦可接受）。

5.Be able to use English as a basic working language .工作中基本的英语听说读写。

6.Register Safety Officer ( optional ) .初级安全主任证书（可选）

7.Have experience in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems .有充足的经验用于开发、执行、维护、改善提高ISO14001以及OHSAS18001管理体系



Job description :

1.Maintenance and improve the ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system in the company .维护改善及提高公司的ISO14001及OHSAS18001管理体系。

2.Plan, organize, co-ordinate and/or present appropriate EHS training to all levels of staff , insure that all the staffs understand the general rules in company from government or clent requirement .计划，组织，协同相关的环境、健康、安全方面的培训给各个阶层的职员/员工，以确保所有的职工都能很好理解及贯彻公司的来自政府或客户的要求。

3.Prepare safety inspection plan and to conduct inspection to identify potential hazards dangerous and adverse environmental aspects , report the findings with recommendations for corrective action to the top management .计划准备安全检查计划，并主导安全检查以发现潜在的危险因素及环境影响，把发现点以及改善建议做成报告上报给最高管理层。

4.Plan and prepare the firefighting related exercise , assist to monitor the fire extinguisher and all the safe device status in the company .计划并准备相关的消防演习，协助监控公司所有消防器材及安全设备的状态。

5.Assist the department manager to approach EHS requirement , Carry out EHS promotion activities in order to improve the EHS in the company .协助部门经理以达成公司EHS的要求，执行改善EHS的行动为使公司的EHS体系得以提高。

6.Regster and investigate incidents / accidents (with or without personal injury) and dangerous occurrences later report with corrective actions for prevention to site management and to prepare statistics.记录并调查分析事故及未遂事故（有伤亡或无伤亡）及相关出现的危险，整理事故原因分析并提出改善建议做成报告上报管理层并统计分析相应的信息。

7.Keep records, reports and all necessary documents that are required by laws, by the Clients or the Company.维护所有法律要求的，客户要求的或公司要求的相关记录、报告及所有文件。

8.Update the company ‘s law management system according to governmental website or official website frequency , make the recommantation to top management and later publish internally .定期依照政府或相关权威部门发布的法律法规更新公司的标准文件体系，做成报告上报管理层以便得到授权发布。

9.Maintenance the emergency plan , update all the safety documents in the company.维护公司的应急消防/救援预案，更新公司所有安全相关的文件。

10.Monitor all the waste treatment in the company , to check if all the process have been follow the standard procedure strictly in the company .监控公司所有的废物处理过程是否严格按照公司规程实施。

11.Responsible to apply and maintain special equipment ( e.g. folklift ..) certificate from government yearly .每年报检及维护公司的特种设备（例如叉车电梯等）。

12.Apply and monitor the test for the air and noise pollution from the third company .主导申请及监督第三方公司所做的废气及噪声检测。

13.Maintenance and monitor the environment aspect in the company , and evaluate the significant impact , and make recomantation to the top management to set up the target for the aspect , process the corrective action and approach the target .维护及监控公司的环境因素，评估重大影响因素，并集成改善建议上报最高管理层，以便对因素设定目标，并执行改善行动以期达成设定的目标。

14.Leading and following up the safety audit from the government or the costomers or third company , try to solve the nonconform findings and communicate to the government , customer or third company .主导来自政府或客户或第三方机构的安全审核，着力解决审核中发现的不符合项并提出改善行动，尔后跟政府、客户或第三方机构沟通解决。

15.Lead the weekly / monthly safety meeting , in order to review and evaluate the problems finding and corrective action efficiency in the company .主导每周、每月的安全会议，以便回顾及分析过去发现的不符合项以及纠正预防措施或行动完成的情况。
