BA/BS degree, MBA preferred.
-Ideal candidate will have four-plus years experience in marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management or consulting, with experience in bijouterie product will be a big advantage.
-Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
-Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
-Strong organizational and analytical skills.
-Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy.
-Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market.
-Understanding of the search and online advertising market.
-Passion for working in a variety of products and search related challenges.
- To Manage team members in implementing marketing campaigns for a rapidly growing segment of our business.



1、理清市场销售流程，并按销售流程执行，检查市场部人员按流程工作；
2、分配本部门内人员的工作职责，并定期向总经理汇报市场、销售相关工作；
3、负责协助总经理开发新客户、开展新业务；
4、客户验厂、参观的陪同工作；
要求：
英语听说读写流利；
要求至少8年以上外贸销售工作经验，3年以上管理经验；
业务能力强，沟通协调能力强；
工作认真负责并能在压力下开展工作；
有珠宝行业工作经验的优先考虑；
