AX-Export Control and Customs Officer / 出口控制及关务主任
Location: Shenzhen
Organization: Siemens Shenzhen Magnetic Resonance (SSMR) - AX
Mode of employment: Full time only
For SSMR in Shenzhen, we are looking for an Export Control and Customs Officer.
Responsibilities:
- First Customs Handbook application -- Convert production BOM to Customs BOM, base on import material and export product profile, present I/E list to Customs authorizations. Coordinate with internal resource for bonded warehouse construction to meet Customs requirement.
- Customs Handbook daily management, reconcile bonded inventory and exportation. Understand the regulations and ensure operational procedures compliance. Avoid additional duty/VAT liabilities payable or penalty or other serious issues with Customs.
- Work together with source team, order management team and customs team, decide importation declaration method. Report to Customs in advance and organize Customs duty & VAT paid with FI team before transfer to domestic sales used bonded material..
- Export control officer. Ensure business comply with ECC (Export Control and Customs) regulations. ECC data maintenance in SAP. Conduct internal ECC spot check if necessary.
- Support Customs Team on AX related Imp/Exp declaration or information/document collection for other Customs, CIQ approval, such as equipment duty free for high-tech enterprise, temporary Imp/Exp for MK sample or R&D prototype etc.
Requirements:
- Customs Law or regulation on bonded importation, Electronic Customs Handbook management,
- Healthcare equipment products knowledge.
- Import Tax or refund process with local tax authorities, familiar with formality of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the People's Republic of China.
