Mode of employment: Full time only
For SSMR in Shenzhen, we are looking for an Export Control and Customs Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Based on HQ SQM requirements, define, implement and maintain cross-functional prevention oriented SQM related processes, methods and responsibilities compliant with applicable regulatory and quality requirements to reach SSMR business and quality targets.
- Identify training needs for SQM related processes in the SSMR. Develop and maintain training concept and ensure roll out.Assure that SQM topics are fulfilled in cross-functional teams.
- According to the "Policy of Siemens Supplier Quality Management", cross-functional cooperation includes processes such as categorization of quality relevant suppliers, supplier selection, supplier qualification, sourcing decision, supplier quality performance evaluation, supplier development, communication with suppliers, quality performance management, supplier quality audits, driving of management escalation processes as required.
- Provide supplier performance information as input for cross-functional sourcing team.
- Provide all SQM input for ToCo driven risk-minimizing sourcing decision and be active member of sourcing team.
- Definition, implementation and controlling of prevention-oriented qualification measures for supplied goods introduction process.
- Provide supplier performance information as input for cross-functional sourcing team and provide all SQM input for ToCo driven risk-minimizing sourcing decision and be active member of sourcing team.
- Definition, implementation and controlling of prevention-oriented qualification measures for supplied goods introduction process.
- Involve R&D responsible in active collaboration with suppliers for risk minimization.
- Establish supplied-good related non-conformance management, including necessary competencies for root-cause analysis.
- Support supplier in the definition and verification of implemented corrective actions on supplier’s side.
- Establish system for supplier caused non-conformance cost tracking.
- Support procurement in NCC negotiations with suppliers.
- Identify suppliers with potential risks from a SQM perspective and identify SQM measures for supplier development.Development of collaboration with suppliers to support a "Quality partnership".
- Define and implement a plan for supplier quality audits and assessments. Coordinate a supplier quality audit program. Align with HQ requirements. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of supplier quality audit process.
- Derive SQM targets and supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) in alignment with the business and quality targets. Align with HQ requirements. Control target achievement and report to management team. Ensure that in case of SQM target deviations appropriate improvement actions are initiated.
Requirements:
- Inspection skills and Electronic/Mechanic knowledge.
- Quality control method/statistic skills.
- Quick and logical thinking and well versed in complex problem solving.
