Job Purpose:
Responsible for amplifying the online B2C commerce platforms by identifying suitable partners who are able to meet consumer needs and interest, creating brand and product exposure, providing relevant product benefit and brand history, and great understanding of EC trend and operational processes. Be a proactively bridge for delivering brand promoises and product benefit to targeted audience and stimulate a healthy sales growth.


Key Accountabilites:
1) Assist DDB Manager to develop promotion program at B2C e-commerce platform from time to time .
2) Assist DDB Manager to achieve annual sales target at B2C e-commerce platform by daily executing and monitoring infrastructure assignment.
3) Maintain B2C partnership and manage order/inventory/logistic procedure, while providing optimization to warehousing, logistics, customer service and other infrastructure operation through weekly / monthly analysis.
4) In charge of all backend operations management for online platform and CARes database.
5) Responsible for monthly financial reconciliation of the independent e-commerce platform, product inventory and financial inventory.
6) Assist DDB team to execute customer service relationship management program.
7) Recommend and implement promotion scheme based on undestanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
