Requirements:

Diploma / degree in logistics management or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in European or American buying office or buying agent

Clear & concise written correspondence with customers and manfs'

dynamic, resourceful, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure

Computer literate, well-versed in MS office

Based in Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

Good communication skill with customers on efficient resolution of logistics issues

Responsible for the daily operations and supervision of shipping department relating to cargo movement, import / export documentation, sample dispatch, invoice processing and shipping claims

To plan and schedule ahead all deliveries to meet changing customer needs

Monitor and improve key shipping performance indicators

Liaise with shipping suppliers to ensure the operation is efficient and cost effective
