Job Descriptions:
1. Assist line manager to design country QA plan, monitor the QA plan execution quality and track the QA finding follow-up
2. Support line mgr. in handling various external and internal QA review
3. Assist line manager in overall performance management of QA Team in quality assurance and daily administration;
4. Assist line manager to work closely with Business Units to understand the associated risk and control environment and to provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies
5. Perform periodic independent reviews per QA inspection plan and provide inspection report accordingly
6. Monitor the corrective action tracking process to ensure no o/s items
7. Review & Comment on Product Programs and operating procedures for new products and services
8. Provide assist in internal & external fraud investigation
9. Proactively escalate any potential control issues
10. Work with ORC / Finance on consumer reconciliation
11. Work with Treasury / ORC on consumer position management

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years banking experience
2. Bachelor degree holder or higher
3. Similar working background / experience prevails
4. Familiar with Commercial and Consumer banking operation practice
5. Familiar with PBOC / SAFE regulation
