职位描述

Position Title: Senior Marketing Specialist
Location: Shekou Office, China
Report to: Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific

Summary/Overview:
The function of this role is to build, improve, and maintain successful company marketing strategies and develop marketing plans in Asia Pacific crude and NGLs markets to ensure the trading opportunities and efficiency and to demonstrate market leading returns in the products traded via the direct execution of strategies.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
? Monitor regional market on a regular basis, including supply/demand balances, market prices (MINAS, Brent, WTI, etc.), placement and pricing of other competing grades in the region, regional refinery utilization and margins. Attention to details and accuracy is critical.
? Assist Marketing Manager to execute practical sales and marketing plans for maximum trading profits of NGLs produced from Company's gas fields in both China and Indonesia projects.
? Identify buyers, analyze trade opportunities, have a high degree of understanding of all customers and trade channel, make recommendations with respect to all commercial matters related to marketing and sale of the crude oil in domestic or overseas market
? Proactively maintain a network of NGL customers, midstream companies (marketing, pipeline, fractionating and processing), business partners and competitors in order to stay abreast of current infrastructure developments and market trends.
? Assist AP Marketing Manager to negotiate and review marketing documentation for crude oil & NGLs sale including contracts, agreements, proposals and relevant documents; Also prepare various documentations to be presented to different authorities;
? Draw on fundamental and technical data as appropriate to develop forward global market view predictive models.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:
? Degree in Engineering or Marketing
? Master's degree in Engineering or Commerce
? A minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a business, trading or marketing role.
? 5+ years’ oil or NGLs sales experience in energy industry

Required Competencies/Skills:
? Proven expertise and capabilities in the trading or analysis of oil industry at supervisor level.
? Proven experience with integrity management systems including contracting, pricing, trading strategies and computerized management systems.
? Proven track record as team leader in international oil marketing environment.
? Familiarization of Local, National and International Standard and Codes.
? Specific experience of the business, trading, and marketing of crude oil and/gas policies and procedures designed for efficient oil and gas marketing.
? Proven practical understanding of crude or NGLs marketing principles and practices.
? Experience and high degree of understanding of the crude marketing system.
? Ability to multi-task
? Highly motivated, positive attitude and have team-spirit
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Strong interpersonal acumen: candor, integrity, persuasiveness, ability to develop and leverage relationships
? Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
? Proven leadership, communication and teambuilding skills.
