岗位职责：
1、根据所分配的销售目标,制订本区域销售计划,分解销售目标,及时跟进销售目标的达成情况
2、及时跟催客户订单,跟进订单交付,满足客户订单需求,确保销售目标达成
3、严格按照公司销售政策及时跟催客户回款，确保货款安全
4、根据本区域实际情况,合理规划市场,建立和维护各级分销网络,保持良好的市场秩序,确保稳定的销售业绩
5、积极开拓新市场,开发新客户,提升销售业绩
6、时刻关注市场信息和竞争对手情况,及时向销售经理反映,并完成定期市场信息调查
7、协助经销商完成门头广告/形象店/专营店等各类广告,提升公司品牌形象和知名度
8、收集潜在的客户资料和信息,为销售工作做好准备;与客户建立良好的客情关系,保持客户稳定
9、定期拜访市场客户，及时了解客户需求和客户对公司产品的信息反馈，并及时向销售经理汇报
10、及时有效的处理客户投诉,保证客户对公司的满意情况
11、向客户传播公司的经营理念和销售政策，及时进行产品知识培训，增加客户的忠诚度
12、收集、整理客户资料，建立客户信息档案；完成客户拜访记录
13、完成领导交办的工作任务
