职位描述
Job Description:
- Responsible for achieving sales budgets for the region and point-of-sale accounts assigned.
- Responsible for submitting and achieving annual budgets, board estimates, and monthly commitments.
- Responsible for the sale of the entire Belden product line within assigned region.
- Manages and directs all sales and field marketing activities in the assigned region.
- Makes recommendations for the establishment of sales quotas and sales objectives.
- Develops and directs plans to improve relationships with key distributors/customers with high potential.
- Meest regularly with Managers and Sales Representatives to make call on key accounts an devaluate total performance.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Work experience in IT industry and knowledge in switches as well as Ethernet and IP network.
- Channel Sales experience.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Aggressive, willing to start business from scratch.
- Previous direct sales responsibility for distribution and end user markets required.
- A proven achiever and results-oriented individual who Is self-confident and possesses and practices a positive can-do attitude.
- A mature-minded and self-confident individual who possesses stamina and energy and will exert the extraordinary effort that I srequired.
Basic requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferably in information technology, computer science, networking and etc.
- Relevant certificate for routers or switches, networking etc.
- 4 years relevant experience.
- Good English writing and speaking.
- Good computer skills for office tools etc.
