岗位职责

1、能熟练使用聊天工具与客户沟通，能独立完成网上购物售前、售中、售后工作；能解答顾客提问，引导顾客进行购买，促成交易；

2、协助沟通物流部门查询跟踪包裹，处理订单售后，负责责客户疑难订单的追踪和查件，处理评价、投诉等，处理中差评；

3、在线处理淘宝产品的上下架、内容编辑、留言回复；

4、具有销售客户服务意识，良好的团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力；

5、熟练使用电脑，熟悉淘宝旺旺等聊天工具，打字速度40-60个字/分钟
