Job Description:

• Set-up standard operating procedures (SOP) and contract for customers
• Measure and monitor the service quality of our operation meet/exceed agreed KPIs
• Monitor the performance of logistics Coordinators and provide guidance on their work
• Ensure all activities of the logistics group comply with ISO regulations,standard,working and management procedures
• Maintain as customer second contact and respond to customer requests
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to maximize revenue and productivity
• Prepare and present logistics proposals (RFQ and tender management) if requested by Contract Logistics Manager
• Provide overall project management for Contract Logistics implementation projects

Experience/Knowledge/Skills required:

• At least 5 years logistics operations experience in logistics (3PL) industry with solid experience in data analysis including 3 years in supervising experience
• Excellent customer service mind-set;can-do mindset;logical mindset and good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to details,follow-through ability
• Self-motivated,organized and quality driven
• Experience in using Warehouse Management System is an advantage
• Data sensitive.quick learner,stick to deadline
• Fluent in spoken and written English,Chinese and Mandarin
