Job description ----Main functions to be performed are:

· Carry out commissioning on new boats and davits

· Carry out maintenance and repairs of Norsafe and other products from other manufacturers

· Issue full documentation of service assignments to the Secretary

· Send in travel accounts after completed service assignments

· Contact with customers and subcontractors

· Follow-up of service assignments from start to completion of final documentation

· Provide documentation for customers for completed assignments

· other relevant tasks if needed

Position requirements:

· Extensive Industry Experience 5 or more years directly working as a Lifeboat & Davit Service Engineer

· Familiar with SOLAS & IMO regulations

· strong with both written and verbal English

· Familiar with Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong shipyards & ports

· Highly motivated, able to work independently

· Able to meet with customers and share presentations in a professional manner

Other Descriptions

· This position will operate as a satellite service station, reporting to Jiang yin norsafe. The position will operate from a home office and will be responsible to service the south China area as well as travel to other areas throughout China as requested.
