Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1.Manage company retail administration system
2.Manage shop stock, inventory and delivery including end of season return
3.Manage new and renew insurance for shops and offices
4.Manage shop material stock and other administrative related tasks
5.Support internal Legal DPT in admin Legal issues (branches official documents, etc.)

Requirements 任职要求
*Knowledge / Experience 知识/经验:
1.At least 1 year working experience in a foreign company as an admin, Legal background is a plus
2.Good knowledge of office admin affairs and retail admin

*Personal Competencies/Attributes 胜任能力:
1.Responsible, well-organized and careful
2.Good communication skills
3.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
4.Good English in writing and speaking

*Educational Background 教育背景:
1. Bachelor degree
2. Good computer and internet skills required

1.CET 4
