Job Description

Person employed in this position is responsible for accounts payable, but not limited to it, monitoring and recording of AP transactions and the processing of various accounting transactions/activities;
Upload scheduled amount to HSBC net for payment process;

Preparation of assigned reports, including AP reconciliation, payment schedule, purchasing report, prepayment follow up, AP aging report, GRNI report, PPV report, etc.;
Preparation of various journal entries to correctly reflect transactions in the general ledger;
Preparation of all government census reports received from government, such as customs, SAFE, Tax Bureau;
Assist in coordinating intercompany balances;
Periodic review of AP/purchasing account balances and transactions in AP/purchasing accounts;
Preparation of various monthly account analysis;
Assist with processing of A/P items to serve as back-up for Accounting Administrator;
Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
Various special projects as requested

Required Skills

· Previous personal computer experience (preferably in Microsoft Office)

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, can communicate in written in English

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Database management software

· High level of attention to detail

Required Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required
• More than 2 years multinational company working experience in an accounting related function
• Previous experience in dealing with AP activities preferred
