Main Responsibilities:
Communicate with US Global Sourcing team and local suppliers for product sourcing, development and program execution.

Ability to identify suppliers, validate and qualify to meet Family Dollar requirements.
Ability to support and leverage the development of new business opportunities.
Develop suppliers to ensure full understanding of Family Dollar requirements;Maintains efficient and productive relationships with Suppliers, ensures all vendor requirements and internal procedures are followed.
Consistently provide insight and market intelligence; reports findings and executes against current strategy.
Evaluate & recommend suitable suppliers with competitive cost, quality and delivery terms.
Travel to suppliers for seasonal sourcing, program management, preproduction review, and quality assurance execution and monitoring.
Intensify the implementation of procurement activities using a more strategic and planned approach.


Job Requirement:
Have at least 3 years experience in Lawn & Garden purchasing area.

Minimum 5 years experiences with global/international Company.
Experience working in reputable Global (European and USA) retail chain stores/buying office is preferred.
Strong production and order follow up experience.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle stress under pressure, manage and develop business exceeding target.
Team player, quick study, energetic.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Service minded, proactive and takes initiatives.
