职位描述

As the HR Manager, you will be reporting directly to our headquarters in Brazil. Your responsibilities will include:
● Active participation in formulating cost-effective and business-aware HR policies and guidelines which enhance the integration, development and retention of talents, in the context of well-defined short, medium and long term objectives;
● Developing and guiding the implementation of training and professional development initiatives as part of the company's continuous improvement program;
● Devising and actively promoting ways of recognizing, rewarding and cultivating talent in the organization;
● Ensuring the China talent management programs and processes are aligned with Ci&T Worldwide's management values;
● Setting candidate selection criteria and assessment procedures, and coordinating the ongoing recruitment and selection process, to ensure the maintenance of a skilled workforce that meets the company's needs;
● Establishing and evaluating effective talent sourcing channels, for attracting and acquiring the best available candidates;
● Setting the criteria and procedures related to internal job postings & transfers
● Agreeing staff intake targets in cooperation with our delivery area, taking the necessary steps to meet those targets, and proactively forecasting staff recruitment requirements;
● Cultivating university relations, coordinating campus recruitment activities, and overseeing trainee & internship programs;
● Stay abreast of the latest developments in recruiting & selection methodology, and provide training and mentoring for HR staff;
● Collaborating with HR managers from other business units by sourcing, sharing and migrating talent between different units, functional areas and geographic locations;
● Planning and overseeing the Personnel Department, Recruitment & Selection, Jobs and Wages, Training, and Organizational and Staff Development;
● Managing personnel administration activities including routine processes, payroll, on-boarding and off-boarding personnel, probationary trainees and service providers;
● Participating in the definition of our Wages policy (including promotion, merits, adjustments, strategic framework and remuneration);
● Maintaining the program for jobs and wages, description and job evaluation, salary and benefits survey, market monitoring and internal policies;
● Managing the company benefits package, conducting and analyzing employee satisfaction surveys and promoting prevention programs;
● Assisting and supporting leaders by providing consistent coaching on staff performance management, disciplinary procedures and performance improvement planning.

The successful applicant will have:
● Excellent experience in HR management and a genuine interest in staff development;
● A strongly business-oriented mindset;
● A solid track record in talent recruitment and management within a Chinese multinational (IT sector experience is preferred);
● Good knowledge of best practices in areas such as: employer branding, strategic sourcing & talent acquisition, trainee programs, and succession planning;
● A passion for (and expertise in) identifying and developing talent effectively;
● Self-direction, strong organizational and time-management skills;
● A high level of integrity, openness, courage ... and ambition!
● Superb communication skills, with the ability to present facts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner;
● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills;
● The ability to think 'outside the box'
● A keen focus on continuously improving both processes & practices, and execution;
● The ability and commitment to drive change;
● Familiar with Chinese Labor Contract Law and its implications for multinational companies based in China;
● Fluent Mandarin and English (both written and spoken);
● A willingness to travel;
● A Bachelors degree or better;
● Experience working in an international company is a must.
● Nice to have: experience in Information Technology companies
