急聘中国区招聘专员
工作职责:
1.做好中国区人力资源预算和总结,协助中国区用人部门的做好人员需求预算并对用人部门的人员需求提供意见和建议;
2.严格执行中国区公司的人员筛选流程,使其工作遵从公司的人力资源政策,符合当地的法律法规,并节约成本满足各个部门高效的要求;
3.更新和维护招聘渠道
4.负责整个中国区招聘需求分析,制定招聘计划并设计,实施和完善招聘流程
5.负责搜索候选人,简历筛选,初步面试并跟进整个招聘流程;
6.做背景调查,提供专业的背景调查报告给用人部门参考;
7.完成人力资源经理交代的其他的任务
经验
1.2年以上招聘正式员工和兼职人员的工作经验;
2.有纺织品或服装行业招聘经验者优先;
3.了解人力资源各大模块的基本知识;
4.人力资源或行政管理专业毕业者优先;
5.很好的解决问题和分析问题的能力;
6.良好的沟通能力,英语读写优秀,英语口语流利者优先.
其他要求
1.诚实,灵活,独立,负责人且性格成熟;
2.性格外向,很好的团队协作精神和逻辑性强.
