职位描述
Assistant Manager / Manager, QA
Job Description
1. Drive the QA team to provide the overall direction and develop the quality assurance system
2. Implement sound manufacturing practices or processes to ensure high quality of finished product and in-coming materials
3. Assist to design and modify the existing workflow by computer system
4. Liaise with customers on a day-to-day basis to understand their standard and concern
5. Bargain with suppliers for quality problem caused so as to achieve the target on color standard.
6. Evaluate and meet new suppliers and existing suppliers performance periodically and find the improvement method
7. Co-ordinate with on-shore and off-shore QA and QC team for the quality issues and work with other departments for the cross departments’ work flows
8. Ad-hoc duties designated by superior
Job Requirements
1. Degree or College Diploma in Textile and Clothing Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum 6-8 years experience in fabric, trims accessories or garment industry with at least two years in similar position
3. Possess experience in quality control system & AQL system will be an advantage
4. Candidate with rich sourcing experience will also be considered
5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Good command of written & spoken English, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
7. Occasional travel is required
