Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Senior Operation Manager to implement, coordinate both strategic and tactical plans to enhance operational and service performance
- Manage a team of staff to assures the attainment of both service and operational key performance indicators
- Align with key business partners to identify ways to improve business process
- Negotiate rate with non-core carriers locally and follow up space, equipment, etc issues with carriers
- Negotiate rate with contractors (trucking, warehousing, etc) and follow up service issue with contractors
- To develop policy and procedure to ensure operation in compliance with regulations
- Maintain good relationship with customer
- Maintain a positive work environment that supports high performing teams and rewards people based on performance
- Manage, Train and Coach staff
- Negotiate solutions and resolve conflicts

Education and Experience requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience of supervisor/manager role in services and logistics industry
- Industry knowledge for handling procedures of sea freight
