Advanced Specialist CRM (Retail)

Corporate Division CRM Strategy Project

Division, located in Beijing/China

Employment – full time

Key Responsibility

- Central CRM Policy Implementation into Retail CRM level

- Steer regional and dealer CRM performance evaluation, focus on West and South region

- Design and optimize Retail CRM Process

- Toolbox support for improving and monitoring whole CRM process

- Best Practice sharing and implement into dealer level

- Implement loyalty concept (Repurchase)

- Regional and dealer CRM workshop & coaching

- CRM related RS check, Marketing cooperation, etc.

- BBA finance SAP system fill in

Qualification

- University degree / graduated, Auto, CRM or related major is preferred

- Background in CRM area, or sales/ after sales related field

- Minimum one year working experience in Auto industry

- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English

- Excellent knowledge about Auto industry

- Proactive, customer-oriented mindset

- Friendly, optimistic, communicative and self-assured personal communication style

- Quick learner

- Team player

- Good analysis & presentation skills (especially good at Excel & PPT)
