资深项目管理专员 （新品牌，售后服务部） Advanced Specialist Project Management (New Brand Aftersales)

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility in New Brand Aftersales related project organization, structuring and steering
- Responsibility in monitoring New Brand Aftersales related project progress and reporting process
- Enable transparency within New Brand Aftersales related project
- Support in planning and steering of project resources including budget/Head Count planning and recruiting
- Coordinating and supporting in yearly AG-offer process for the Butterfly project support with BBF, FC-CN and AG line departments.
- Support in cross-functional alignment of detailed topics with the line functions.
- Taking over single work packages in full responsibility.
- Support in strategic analysis of New Brand specific topics
- Coordinating and support in common topics.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Automotive Technology or Economics preferred.
- Knowledge in business administration.
- Knowledge in project management and planning
- Knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business
- Knowledge in Automotive Aftersales Business preferred
- Technical Knowledge of BMW vehicle technology preferred
- Fluent English in both spoken and written.
- Good experience in IT-Knowledge (e.g. MS Office, mail, Internet)
- High level of conflict management skills and creative problem solver
- Able to work in an international working environment and good intercultural competence
- Ability to develop positive working relationship quickly
- Target oriented and persistent.
- Improvisation talented, flexibility, autonomous.
- Self confident, inspiring and convincing
