Responsibilities:

? Daily operation on MCP/ACP cars management, and provided support to all company car users in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu (4 sites), job responsibility including:
- Administration work such as vehicle application & handover procurement, documentation, and accurate record.
- Make introduction for new car users and regular communication to all users for the daily business issue, support on problem solving etc.
- Contact with Expat Management and HR colleagues for staff on boarding/ leave information, to ensure the company car can be applied and returned on time, also the car upgrading cost be paid by the users on time.
- Contact with dealers and other suppliers for car handing over process, maintenance, summer/winter tyre change project etc., to ensure the smooth operation in daily business.
- Prepare for the documents and data needed by Company Car Circle (CCC) for car management important topic.
- Car users' traffic violation record track and monthly report, reminding in time.
- Traffic regulations (e.g. date restrictions) updating, communication to car users, and local governmental authorities like traffic stations etc.
- Implements company car programs e.g. employees test drive.
- Additional tasks defined by line manager.
? BJ Functional Car Coordination and Control:
- Collect functional car year plan from controlling, make general efficiency analyse and schedule for all company cars.
- Supervise functional car utilization status of business department, coordination and control during return and hand over process, ensure quality.
- Company car re-usage proposal.
- Other support needed for functional car management.
? Car Management System:
- Analyzing and optimizing the current processes, forms and reports.
- Creating the business proposal based on the business requirements of NSC and BBA.
- Evaluation of different system suppliers (NTT Data, FLEMA, AMETRAS).
- Data upload and maintain.
- System running tracing, key contact person to related department.
? Car document maintenance, filing works.
? Complete tasks assigned by assistant manager car central management.
? Regular communication with related business dept. and suppliers.

Qualification:

? University degree / graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
? Background in relative position of a multinational company.
? IT-knowledge (e.g. MS Office, SAP).
? English business fluent.
? Driving license C or B.
? Knowledge of automotive repair workshop management.
? High integrity and compliance to policy and procedure.
? High level of self motivation, self-initiative and flexibility.
? Ability to cope with stress.
? Objective-oriented working methods.
? Quality consciousness.
