Job Summary:
Provide security administration functions support to ensure all the defined functions are properly executed according to the guidelines and procedures. Handle security administration and implement controls to safeguard company resources. Analyze the requirement of compliance and audit and work out the solution, and then assist to implement the solution. Provide consultancy to internal/external working parties on platform specific, security related issues to fulfill the compliance needs. Communicate with clients and build up customer relationship.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Assist to define platform specific security standards/guidelines according to standard.
· Participate in new service/server/application phase in.
· Participate in Security Plan review and security setting in each machine.
· Provide training to security administrator and interested parties on security concept and technical area.
· Provide technical solution in security technical field.
· Participate to compliance and audit checking and self-assessment.
· Manage the inventory of service catalog and managed servers.
· Participate to BCP/ DRP drills.
· Other related assignments as instructed.
· Assists with risk assessments on existing and proposed systems, document findings, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
· Assists departmental technical support staff in identifying and implementing appropriate security safeguards.
· Coordinates efforts to assure compliance with system/application from security policies.
· Strictly follow standards and internal procedures/guidelines in daily operation.

· Attainment of objectives and effectiveness of results.
· Adherence to deadlines.
