Summary

- Provide technical leadership to the engineering team in the design and realization of motion solution for the PCE business segment to support the growth of the business;
- Work with business development managers, sales as well as customers, to understand customer requirements for product roadmap development, technology development and product design for the business growth;
- Lead the cross functions to ensure manufacturability for production;
- Strong experience in motor/solenoid product design as well as materials selection to meet required production function and cost target;
- DOE formulation on the right application requirements to ensure design reliability and robustness.

Reposibilities

- Provide technical/design leadership to engineering team to make right decision on production design and practice;
- Provide motor/actuator for office automation (printer paper feeder, paper lifter, ink pump, copier/printer gearbox, etc)applications;
- Interface with BDM, PM, PE, internal manufacturing;
- Design improvement, both cost and performance;
- Support to solve production issue or to improve productivity;
- Knowledge in application specific technology.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, with 11 or more years related experience;
- Majoring in Mechanical/electrical engineering;
- Familiar with motor operations design principles;
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
- Knowledge in materials selection;
- Knowledge in DFMEA/DFM/DFQ/DOE.
