职位描述
Summary
- Responsible for all quality related issues and guide next level managers/assistant managers in achieving quality goals & objectives;
- Implement and continuously improve systems to make customer successful.
Responsibilities
- Guide BU teams to achieve Cpk and scrap goals;
- Provide leadership and support all quality initiatives;
- Coach and mentor subordinates to bring up their skills;
- Ensure products are developed & built and process controls are according to established procedures and meet quality objectives.
Requirements
- Degree or above, with 11 or more years related experience, at least 8 years in management roles;
- Majoring in Engineering or Science;
- With good decision making skill;
- Great negotiation and influencing skill;
- Proficient of both English and Chinese.
