职位描述
Responsibilities
1. C&B strategy execution and system improvement ;
2. Implement proper and competitive B&C strategies to maintain a balance internal and external competitiveness in total reward;
3. Identify and report B&C improvement needs to supervisor, proper solutions, and execute approved B&C programs;
4. Apply system thinking when implement HR B&C programs and systems;
5. Partner with department heads to clarify and address B&C issues;
6. Overall manage PDS process to ensure the execution on performance mgt. process.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 8 years working experience in HR function with minimum three years at C&B manager level ;
3. Very good at analysis and evaluation;
4. Fluent in both oral and written English;
5. Mature, proactive and good team player;
6. Good command of MS Office.
