Sourcing/Purchasing Engineer（采购工程师）

Summary of Client:
Our client is the world's largest manufacturer of static control products, headquartered in USA, who has been providing solutions to electrostatic issues in a wide range of industries for more than 70 years.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for new supplier search and promote the potential supplier with good quality/cost/delivery to AVL;
2. Manage the supplier relationship, participate the contract and price negotiation;
3. Project-oriented, by early involvement and cross-function cooperation work with project leader to launch new;
4. Support and develop global sourcing in China, by using pooling power to achieve best effect;
5. Continuously monitor supplier performance and deal with the supplier transition, escalations;
6. Drive cost reduction activities to meet targets, report and track them to close;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Full experience with sourcing/purchasing with plastic, sheet metal, mold and tooling, PCB, electronics, packaging;
3. Good engineering background, can read drawing, CAD;
4. Understand the full procedure of supply chain development;
5. Good knowledge of MS Office software and graphics;
6. Good communication and negotiation skills;
7. Good ability of problem solving and teamwork;
8. Business acumen & customer focus;
9. Fluent English speaking & writing;
10. Can manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
