General job description

Working as a team assistant, responsible for providing strong supportto Key Account Management team according to Key Account Management strategies and plans. Work closely with all operations team to build and improve key account's satisfaction.

Major responsibilities include:

Client satisfaction
Aggressively achieve personal and dept. revenue and profit targets.
Prepare diagrams, quotations, and change orders.
Assist in preparing proposals
Translate documents.
Company or product research.
Assist marketing with planning activities.
Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation and market share.
Increase exposure though sales channels.
Maintain updated technical product information and market trends.
Learn security technologies and concepts. Maintain in depth knowledge of ICD’s standard products and systems, modern security concepts and products that are available on the world market.
Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison where necessary.

Requirements:

Above associate degree. Major in Electronic, Computer Science or Automation would be an advantage.
1_2 years work experience as sales assistant or other related business, preferably in a multinational environmentKnowledge of security products, systems, design concepts, and market is an advantage.
Must be able to use Auto CAD..
Good communication and coordination skills.
Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English.

协同项目经理看项目现场，在有必要时与客户直接会面。

职位要求：

大专以上，电子，计算机和自动化专业。
1-2年的销售助理工作经验，有外资公司工作背景者优先。
熟悉安防产品，系统，设计理念和市场者优先。
必须能熟练使用ＣＡＤ辅助制图软件及微软办公软件。
良好的沟通，协调能力。
流利的中英文表达和良好的书面表达能力，以及优秀的交流能力。
