职位描述

JOB PURPOSE:

To be the strategic interface with the assigned account base.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


1. Performance to Budget


2. Sales revenue Growth


3. Relationship development throughout the customer’s organization.


4. Level of account penetration


5. Future's Value Added Services deployed at customer


JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):


1. Meet or exceed program and sales objectives set by sales management.


2. Establish and maintain relationships at al levels within the account (purchasing, materials, finance, and senior management)


3. Strategize with management and establish detailed customer account plans including action plans with Inside Sales to achieve sales targets.


4. Review and work daily sales opportunities to ensure closure.


5. Establish priorities and action plans with Inside Sales to pursue and book lost business at next quote.


6. Review market information and work with various contacts to identify and develop both new and emerging accounts.


7. Develop a clear understanding of customer business: products, services and organization


8. Present RFQ’s with customer to ensure we are communicating our quote strengths and position for last look in final quote award


9. Consistently follow-up on all bidding RFQs.


10. Get involved in all Transfer Business inbound or outbound.


11. Negotiate and close business with customer.


12. Meet commitments made and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.


13. Communicate on an on-going basis with Inside Sales to ensure Customer Profile and all activities information is updated.


14. Work with the All OEM future sales teams as needed to ensure Future maximize design efforts in those customers to drive greater penetration in both OEM and EMS customers.



CREDENTIALS:


QUALIFICATIONS


3 Diploma in sales related subjects

EXPERIENCE


3 At least 2 years of experience in sales.


COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Attitudes)


3 Result-oriented; Computer skills; Interpersonal skills; Negotiation abilities; Product knowledge; Team Player


3 Have thorough knowledge of Future Systems (CRM, Associates) and utilize to drive efficient work flow out the customer and back into the organization.


3 Product/technology Knowledge as it relates to our suppliers their competitors and our customer’s applications.


LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PLANS

3 Gain a deep understanding of procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing practices.


3 Thorough understanding of Future’s Product Marketing Class (commodity) system


KEY CHALLENGES (CURRENT & FUTURE):

3 To meet or exceed sales budget and group objectives set by the Group Manager (Outside Sales).

3 Maintain a good relationship with the customer through all situations and at all levels within the organization.

3 Ensure Product Marketing clearly understands the overall customer's strategy, as well as goals, to maximize our quoting effectiveness.



Measurables:

3 Creation and maintenance of the Strategic Account Plan with CRM for all assigned accounts that drives customer penetration and position.


3 Customer visits commensurate with number and importance of accounts.


3 (“A” accounts = min 1 per week, “B” accounts = 2x/month; and “C” accounts = 1x per month.) Total expected visits of 15-20/mth.


3 Documentation of the account visits, necessary follow-ups, and tasks to achieve short term and long term objectives.


3 Daily bookings and Billings (NSE/NSB) in accordance with sales projections.


3 Quarterly Sales growth in accordance with projections and expectations.


3 Selling and implementing of supply chain solutions that drive efficient and automated procurement engagement to maximize productivity and quality. Measured via BIM and E-Billings sales figures.


3 Customer component market share as a function of the Account Plan


3 Prospecting for emerging accounts.
