Position: Researcher South China/Assistant to Principal Consultant
Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and under Senior Consultants in the recruitment process for their clients
- Perform research in the talent market
- Market survey of potential candidates for clients
- Cold calling of candidates
- Conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening as applicable
- Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database
- Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing
- Assist in writing candidate reports for clients

工作职责：
根据顾问的指导，通过陌生电话等方式进行第一轮和第二轮人才搜寻
根据公司要求制作并更新搜索记录
参与人才的初步筛选，安排测试，面试安排，背景调查
根据顾问的要求与客户作基本的协调沟通
开发票以及其他辅助性工作

Requirement:

-Degree holder, fluent in English
-One yeas of working experience,candidate from head hunting firm is highly preferred, fresh graduate is acceptable
-Smart thinking and hard working
-Self-motivated, multi-task and able to work independently under high pressure
-Willing to work over time when necessary
-Sales driven and good sense of customer service
