职位描述

1. Job Purpose
Manages the Quality Management System, Continuous Improvement Process, Operational Effectiveness and Industrialisation within a Centre. Represents and demonstrates the above mentioned aspects to the external parties specifically in Client pursuits.


2. Dimensions
( key numerical data of areas of responsibility i.e. number of direct / indirect staff, expenditure budget, revenue target and authority limit )
6 direct staff.

3. Key Result Areas
3.1. Responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of the Quality Management System in the Centre. This includes creating and maintaining the quality infrastructure, undertaking quality audits, conducting analyses and maintaining quality records within the Centre and ultimately the global Business Process Outsourcing organisation to ensure that quality of service delivery satisfies the requirements of the Quality Management System and customer contracts. (ISO9001:2008)
3.2. Drive the data collection process in the Center .Prepare and consolidate collected data and recommend actions related to the continuous improvement process in the Center Provide communications to local leaders, Managers and Engagements regarding the strategy and tactical approaches of OAE and follow ups for Continuous Improvement activities Work with peers globally to insure consistent implementation of OAE while participating on global Continuous Improvement teams.
3.3. Six Sigma training and implementation in center wide.

4. Person Specification:
1) Skills
A. Literate in the use of Microsoft Office business programs.
B. Good English speaking, writing, reading.

2) Education / Academic Background
Bachelors or above Degree

3) Knowledge
3.1 Motivation to up-skill in Quality Management theory, principles, practices and techniques
3.2 having a good Lean thinking and continual improvement philosophy


4) Experience
4.1 Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Role (preferably BPO background)
4.2 Minimum 3 year experience in Green Belt accreditation in Six Sigma. Black Belt certification is preferable.
4.3 Lean production experience is preferable.
5) Personal Trait
5.1 Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form.
5.2 Establish and maintain professional credibility.
5.3 Demonstrated people leadership and management expertise

6) Behaviours Required (identifiable/specific/observable, independent / not overlap, comprehensive/all important behaviors are listed, manageable/not excessive)
6.1 Mature.

6.3 Be able to work under high pressure.
