职位描述
Responsibility:
This position is responsible to provide general support to the Emerging Markets HQ Logistics team including order processing, logistics administration, shipping, L/C arrangement.
Critical success factors / key deliverables:
? Supervise inventory management which includes monitoring backorders, monitoring delivery schedule from vendors
? Coordinate shipping arrangements with Emerging Markets Logistics team and forwarders for import/export shipment
? Receive sales orders from companies’ subsidiaries
? Perform goods receiving and enter sales orders into computer system
? Follow up with customers / vendors for shipment discrepancy and arrange shipment claim whenever necessary
? Process logistics invoices and accruals, maintain databases and information systems
? Prepare L/C banking documents
Qualifications:
? High diploma / university graduate
? 2-3 years logistics / shipping experience preferred
? Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Good command of spoken & written English
? Able to work independently with minimum supervision
? Problem solver
? Excellent communication skills with all levels of people internally & externally
