To manage an efficient team for delivery of highest standard of service while striking a balance amongst customers requirements, the Company's profitability and policy, and suppliers' resources.
Key Accountability :
l Contribute to the Company's management team by devising proactive tactics to combat the ever changing business environment in the aim to improve turnover and profit level.
l Be constantly involved in product development, proactive sourcing and open new accounts to maintain market competitiveness.
l Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers' buying ojectives.
l Keep abreast of market trend by visiting suppliers.
l Perform every steps on order follow up by communicating with buyers and suppliers independently.
l Set up and assurance of quality standard throughout the whole business process with the advice and assistance of the Quality Assurance team.
l Develop and nurture business partnerships with other internal departments and external entity, like suppliers, for selling customized solutions to buyers.
l Ensure the turning out of highly satisfied customers through prompt delivery of service and provisions of value-for-money products.
l Liaise with Quality Assurance, Merchandisers and Shipping for meeting quality standard and shipment schedule.
l Manage and motivate a highly performing team for prompt delivery of service.
Current Qualification and Experience for the current job position:
Expected Qualification and Experience for the current job position :
l Degree in Clothing or relevant educational qualification.
l Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in Garment and Product Development with at least 4 years in supervisory level.
l Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
l Independent, self-initiative and pleasant personality.
l Good communications and analytical skills.
