职位描述
Specific Duties:
- Assures that company's production objectives are met.
- Directs and supervises departments and functions of production, warehousing, engineering, quality and work safety throughout the plant.
- Oversees the maintenance of all plant buildings and equipment.
- Participates in plant organizational and operational planning consistent with the overall organizational objectives.
- Performs those administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the department, including provision for the selection and development of employees, pay administration, budget administration, employee safety, employee counseling and motivation, organization goals and objectives, and planning, organizing, integrating and measuring the work performed within the department.
- Prepares 3-Year plan, annual budget, and performance report on Production, Engineering, Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Liaises with Marketing Department relating to the new product and existing product relative requirement and activities.
- Works accurate production levels given the level of sales forecast accuracy by SKU and product.
Requirement:
- In depth knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, methods, and disciplined in their application. Knowledge is typically evidenced by a Bachelor's Degree in one or more of the engineering sciences.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Excellent exposure to manufacturing activities.
- Excellent leadership and managing people skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- PC knowledge is required.
