Position: Senior Trade Marketing Manager

Major Responsibilities:
Open new city through appointing new distributor, setting up trade team, developing coverage plan, holding launch meeting to achieve first 3 months KPIs in each new city since opening.

The key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Search and appoint distributor through bidding process
Sign contract and align scorecard with distributor
Work with HR to recruit and train trade reps
Identify all target outlets and develop coverage plan/call plan
Field training and field work with trade rep to execute coverage/call plan with right capability
Organize launch meeting
Achieve first 3 months KPIs for new city
Assist business development manager to develop 1 year plan on trade for new city

Ideal Experience:
University graduate and working in MNC companies
3-4 years + sales experience in FMCG products, with solid 2 years + experiences in distributor management
Strong leadership and effective communication skill
Proven track record of sales achievement and distributor management
Willing to travel
