岗位职责:
领导负责一个面向欧洲或国外客户高品质要求，以高档手机和其它电子产品为主的设计团队
- 带领一个结构设计团队，作为欧洲客户的紧密沟通窗口
- 确保项目投模，跟进塑胶和五金件模具的生产，保持和供应商联络
- 确保设计品质和部件投产，负责产品结构品质控制
- 在产品生产中的不同阶段，各个步骤协助生产工厂的顺利进行(NPI)
必备技能:
- 八年以上电子产品结构设计经验,
- 精通AutoCad，Pro/e等设计软件,
- 精通塑胶、五金件的结构设计
- 精通以下设计分析
o Calculation chain tolerances
o DFMEA / DFA
o Mechanical calculation
- 精通产品失效分析
- 自如的英语沟通能力.

优势经验:
- 国外工作经验或与国外、欧美客户合作的经验Knowledge, Experiments Necessary:
- 7/8 years minimum of experiment in product structure mechanical design,
- Pro Efficient on Pro-Engineer Wildfire,
- Perfect control of the construction design of plastic and metal parts,
- Familiar with Design analysis
o Calculation chain tolerances
o DFMEA / DFA
o Mechanical calculation
- Familiar with root cause analysis of products failure
- Perfect control of English.
