职位描述
Key Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Work with factories to work on the EHS assessment, and provide effective solutions to improve its EHS conditions;
与工厂合作，对其环境健康安全方面进行评估，并提出有效的解决办法帮助工厂进行改善；
2. According to relevant CSR standard and requirements, On-site inspection in EHS hidden danger existing in the factory to provide feasible solutions, and write the report based on on-site interviews and other information analysis
依据相关CSR标准及要求，现场检查工厂的在环境健康安全方面存在的隐患与不足，并给出可行性解决方，结合现场访谈情况汇总和分析信息拟写改善报告；
3. Relevant EHS laws and regulation supporting;
提供关于环境健康安全政策方面的建议；
4. Conduct EHS trainings for responsible person and workers;
为工厂的环境健康安全方面的负责人，及相关人员进行培训；
5. Require over 50% working time business trip to factory, cooperate with factory to precede improvement suggestions;
要求超过50%的时间出差到工厂，与工厂合作以执行改善建议。
Qualifications 任职资格
1. Bachelor degree in EHS or related discipline;
环境健康安全相关专业，本科以上学历；
2. Over 3-5 years EHS work experience in manufacturing industry;
应拥有3-5年以上的生产制造业环境健康安全方面的工作经验；
3. Have work experience in CSR field, familiar with CSR/SA8000 is preferred;
接触过CSR领域，熟悉社会责任SA8000将优先考虑；
4. Familiar with the latest EHS law and regulations;
熟悉主要的环境健康安全相关的法律法规及最新政策；
5. Willing to business travel;
能够接受出差；
6. Can communicate and report in oral and written by English and
Chinese;
该职位需要用英文和中文以口头或书面的形式进行沟通；
7. IT skills: email, MS world, Excel & PowerPoint.
电脑操作：Email,Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
