Position: BI Project Analyst (1 year contract)

Location: Shanghai, Plaza 66

Responsibilities:

Project design stage

- Collect and formalize user needs

- Validation key functional /key parameters

- Validate users with different functions

- write user guide and SOP

- prepare users tests and training

- monitor tests and sign off final UAT

Reporting stage

- collect and formalize reporting needs

- Identify proper work flow and improvement areas

- redesign if necessary reporting

- Consolidate analysis reports

Data monitoring ( support IT team)

- Contribute to define process and tools to monitor data.

- Identify "improvement area" with the communication with business

Final stage

- contribute to final reporting and finalize master data management policy (process/SOP)

- Perform timely testing and audits/checks to ensure data quality and internal control of flow

- Share and communicate with regional management to keep consistency in Business intelligence solutions across P&C division.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years working experience in total

2-years' consulting background

Good knowledge in BI and strong sense in Finance reporting system
