Objectives:
Manage MUFE CRM function, and provide support to business with proper CRM program setting and adequate data analysis
- Support CRM program setting up and maintenance
- Data processing and business analysis
- System maintenance
- Routine execution and follow-ups of CRM on daily basis

Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the tactical plan base on the analysis of current business and consumer behavior
- Execute the effective recruitment program for MUFE to attract more new customers
- Implement proper retention program to maintain current club member's loyalty
- Monthly CRM report and business analysis
- Daily follow-ups on CSR, customer relationships and internal CRM system
- Management on member redemption, order allocations and stocks on monthly basis
- Work with IT and agency for CRM data maintenance and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 3+ years experience in relative position
- Skillful in data processing
- Creative & analytical
- Good sense of beauty industry
- Good in English both for spoken and written
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Attitude of "can do"/"make it happen"
