Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic mind thinking and develop training program based on biz needs
- Coordinating with HQs for training program and modifying to meet the local market needs
- Training up the local trainers, promotion team, counter chief and make up specialist on relevant skills to their job
- Implementing BC development program
- Building a strong make up specialist and promotion team
- Coordinating with marketing department team to develop and implement marketing plan
- Working out key promotion programs for seasonal promotion
- Developing a management training course for the supervisory level to improve their professional leadership
- Being focal points of sponsorship for fashion show and fashion magazine to build a strong image for the company

Requirements:
- Good command in both Oral and written English
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Pro-active mind-set and business-orientated
- Strategic agility
- Dealing with ambiguity
- Business Acumen
- University degree with 5+ years working experience in training management
- Above Bachelor Degree
