Sales Assistant-Fresh
(1 year contract with Manpower then transfer as permanent)

Objective:
Support sales manager’s business and organization needs. Responsible for kinds of sales reports, handle routine orders and business reports, and arrange sales administration affairs.
Responsibility:
Sales Report:
1)Submit reports promptly and accurately
(a)Sales report by counter (monthly, weekly, daily)
(b)Sales report of competitive brands (monthly, daily)
(c)Prepare some meeting data or ppt according as required
(d)BA Salary & Bonus Report (monthly)
(e)BA Duty & OT report
2)Assist Sales Manager and Supervisor to submit reports
Order handling and daily counter maintenance:
1) Familiar with SOP, handle daily orders promptly, identify abnormal situation and suppose feasible solution.
2) Responsible for the order process, coordinate with other teams to ensure orders for GWP, sets and samples, products and invoices processed smoothly.
3) Assist supervisor in case of OOS.
Sales Administration:
1) File the documents, e.g. counter contracts, authorization letters, etc
2) Organize internal meeting, make and deliver meeting minutes
3) Travel arrangement, e.g. flight and hotel booking
4) Responsible for BA's uniform, freegoods, stationary, etc
Requirements
1. University degree with minimal 1 years working experience
2. Excellent command of English both in written and spoken
3. Smart with pleasant communication and effective coordination skills to deal with different parties
4. Good computer knowledge and skills
5. Good team player
6. Effective time management
7. Self-disciplined, willing to take initiatives and try new things
8. Strong sense of quality and pay attention to details
