2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、与销售人员、客户服务部门以及其他部门保持沟通以便能分析市场趋势和客户需求；
4、负责与销售有关的广告宣传计划、促销活动等，并负责其策划，执行，及评估；
5、进行商业调查，提供产品和服务的市场定位分析报告；
6、推广新产品，协调相关事宜。
