工作描述:
培训工厂员工精益生产知识,推动工厂将其变为企业文化一部分;

推动工厂持续改善和培训水平;
指导工厂优化和设计工厂布局方案;
熟练掌握工业工程(IE)技术及工具；
帮助工厂建立KPI标准管理机制;
培训工厂进行生产线效率提升、成本控制及交期减少等精益生产项目的推行;
通过提高生产力与HR一起实现工厂社会责任达标.

工作需求:
工业工程、电子或机械相关专业，本科以上学历;
8-15年工业工程管理工作经验;
要求有项目管理经验;
熟悉精益生产管理,曾经历过专业培训;

精益生产工具运用经验(5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kanban, TPM, JIT, Cellular Mfg, SMED, etc.);
有服装制造工厂工作经验者优先考虑;

精益生产成功改善案例;
良好的英文听说读写能力.


Job Description:
By training lean manufacturing knowledge to the staff of factory, make lean management to be a part of their company cultures;

Drive plant continue improvement activities and training;
Coach factory to design and optimize layout;
Familiar with Industrial Engineering technologies and tools.
Help to establish KPI management system;
Train factory to execute some lean projects like improving production efficiency, cost control, reducing lead time and so on;
Co-work with HR to make factory come up to social responsibility requirements;

Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
8-15 years IE experience;
Project management experience is required;
Master lean production, have been had specialized training;

Experience with the LEAN tools, (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kanban, TPM, JIT, Cellular Mfg, SMED, etc.);
Experience in garment/apparel manufacturing factory is preferable;

Have had successful lean improvement project experience;
Good English in speaking and writing.
