Scope and Accountability

1.Be responsible to revised project contract and make sure sign the contract according to company‘s process.

2.Assist to Regional Manager to compile the operations reports, statements and analyst related data.

3.Coordinate and communicate with in departments and manager’s operation

4.Arrange conferences/meetings, make and filing meeting minutes

5.Responsible for draft, translate the necessary reports and documents

6.Provide other required secretarial support assigned by Regional Manager

Qualification Requirements

·Knowledge

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in logistics and administration management major. Passed CET-6 and fluent in oral English.

·Skills

Familiar with PC and Microsoft Office software. Clear minded and good communication skills. Good sense of numbers and organization skills.

·Experience

At least 2 years experience in MNC, related trade is preferable
