1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责:

·To attend to queries from end users.

解决来自终端用户的问题

·To troubleshoot network, hardware, software and security issues.

排除网络、硬件、软件和安全等方面的问题

·Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

协助处理其它临时需要的事务

2. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

工作要求:

a) Knowledge

知识要求:

· Minimum Diploma in IT

至少取得IT相关专业文凭

· With experience in IT helpdesk/support environment

具有IT维护/IT技术支持相关经验

b) Skills

技能要求:

·In depth knowledge/skills in LAN/WAN/Wireless networking

熟悉LAN/WAN无线网络相关知识和技能

·Familiar with standard PC applications, eg Microsoft products, email clients, etc.

熟悉标准的计算机应用软件，例如微软产品，邮件客户端等

·Experience of supporting windows based platform with Microsoft applications suites in a typical MS windows domain environment

基于微软域环境对Windows的支持经验

c) Abilities

能力要求:

·Able to manage user expectations

能够有效管理用户的期望

·Able to work independently and effectively under pressure

能在压力环境下，独立高效的完成工作

·Mature, independent with positive working attitude
