Main Responsibilities: 主要工作职责：
1.Inspection order review and follow up
2.Inspection report check and follow up
3.Communicate with inspector on report issues found during review and clarify
4.Review submitted sample and clarify with client if necessary
5.Answer technical enquiry from both customer service staff and client
6.Courage and appraise staff performance in line if necessary
7.Reply clients related complaint or feedback on technical aspects
8.Assess and coach inspector
9.Perform any other job assigned by manager

Secondary Responsibilities: 次要职责：
1.Team integrity governor
2.People management skill

Key Requirements 关键要求：
1.Bachelor degree, majored in relative industry or other technical discipline, knowledge in inspection or relative products is preferred
2.Above 3 years inspection experience
3.Be familiar with inspection system and QC tools
4.Good command of English, both oral and written
5.Sound PC skills
6.Integrity and high sense of responsibilities

Other Requirements 其他要求：
1.Team leader or take supervisor role for more than 2 years is a preferred
